This delicious decaf was selected after being evaluated through multiple rounds of blind tasting, against both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffees. We kept choosing this one. The Swiss Water Process is a completely chemical-free method of decaffeination using only water to remove 99.99% of the caffeine, leaving only the delicious natural flavors of the coffee. With the Swiss in mind, we named this coffee after the 2nd largest Jazz Festival in the world, the Montreux Jazz Festival held in Switzerland. With legendary performances at this festival being given by greats of all genres, such as Bill Evans, Carlos Santana, Prince, Mahalia Jackson, and Nina Simone--we're sure this decaf will similarly be a pleaser for all palates.
