The Mo' Better Brews “Bleek and Indigo” House Blend is a combination of an Ethiopian Natural and a Colombian Washed, developed in partnership with Mo Better Brews, a vegan restaurant and vinyl record store in Houston, TX. The name of the restaurant and the blend is a nod to the Spike Lee film Mo Better Blues, a romantic drama film about a jazz trumpeter. This coffee was intended to represent balance, blending the sweeter Ethiopian with a more rich and indulgent Colombia to result in a harmonious house blend that serves as a crowd pleaser for all palates. 

Mo' Better Brews is a Vegan Breakfast Restaurant from the creators of Houston Sauce Co., Courtney and Chasitie Lindsay in partnership with DJ and Ethnomusicologist, Flash G. Parks. Serving up a unique Vegan experience with vinyl vibes like no other.
